Are all your machines easy to use?
Yes, our state of the art machines are extremely easy to use. We go over the operation of the machine when we deliver it to you and leave you with detailed easy to follow instructions but if you can turn on a power point and pour in 1 bottle of concentrate then you are already an expert!

Do you have different size cocktail machines available? We have 1,2,3 or massive 4 Bowl Slush Machine units available on request.

How long does it take for the mix to freeze in the cocktail slushee machines?
It takes about 45 minutes for the first batch to freeze in normal conditions. We recommend you turn the unit on at least 90-120 minutes prior to your function start time, let it freeze then turn off the unit and add 1 bottle of alcohol per side. You add the alcohol (it is ecomonical and you know what is in the drinks - real alcohol not toxic chemical essence!!)

Do I need to provide any ice or freeze the bottles of mix?
No. No ice is needed, the machine freezes the mix and creates the ice for you!

What do I need to supply for the frozen slushees & cocktails?
All you need to supply is Strong Table - No plastic or glass top, a standard 10Amp power point, alcohol (1 bottle per side) and friends to drink your amazing frozen cocktail or slushee drinks. We sell re-usable strong martini style cocktail glasses at wholesale price (yours to keep) for $7.50/10 so just let us know how many you require. We can also supply spoon straws for $15/100.

How do I order?
When you are ready to confirm your booking, simply give us a call or email us so we can lock in the date for your function. This needs to be done as soon as possible to secure your booking.

Do I need to call & confirm? No. Once we have taken your booking it is locked in. If there are any changes whatseover please do call us.

What payment methods to you accept?

Is there a delivery charge?
No Way!! Delivery is Free , this including Setup/Pack up & Pickup & GST - No more to pay!!
We ask for a deposit of $125 then balance in cash on delivery plus a refundable security bond of $100

Are there any setup charges?
No!

Do you have package deals? We invented them - add karaoke, jukebox, Dj &/or 2nd machine and Save!!! Call us today! We also often have monthly specials so it pays to ask!
